Ultrasound removed for now. Please check back again later.
So last night I got the cleaning bug, and decided to clean out my clothes. I had more of a mess then anything, but I did get a HUGE trash bag full of clothes for Goodwill, and I still have more to go through. The only problem with my “cleaning bug” is that today I have had some cramping and other problems. Kind of scary. I called my new doctor in a panic, and she told me not to worry, that I probably just done too much too soon. So once again, I am bed rest, and not able to finish cleaning out my drawers and closet. I am still very worried though. Prayers are always welcome!
P.S. On another note, I called today to schedule a time for ABF to deliver the crib!
The most dramatic development this week: reflexes. Your baby’s fingers will soon begin to open and close, his toes will curl, his eye muscles will clench, and his mouth will make sucking movements. In fact, if you prod your abdomen, your baby will squirm in response, although you won’t be able to feel it. His intestines, which have grown so fast that they protrude into the umbilical cord, will start to move into his abdominal cavity about now, and his kidneys will begin excreting urine into his bladder.
Meanwhile, nerve cells are multiplying rapidly, and in your baby’s brain, synapses are forming furiously. His face looks unquestionably human: His eyes have moved from the sides to the front of his head, and his ears are right where they should be. From crown to rump, your baby-to-be is just over 2 inches long (about the size of a lime) and weighs half an ounce.

So, today would have been my due date for the baby we lost in November. I am very happy to be pregnant again, but also still mourning the loss of my first baby. So it has been a very bitter sweet day. I kind of feel like “he” has been forgotten since I found out about this baby, and I don’t want that to happen. So, for today, let’s remember the baby that was lost in November.
So as a very generous gift, someone has purchased the crib for us!!!! YAY!!!! Here is the link (http://www.childcraftindustries.com/common/item.php?Site=childcraft&Item=315) if you want to take a look at it again.
We got the shipping conformation today, and it looks like the crib is going to coming by ABF! I hope that they don’t try to bring one their huge trucks into my subdivision. It will never fit.
Now for a changing table. I like this one, but I am not sure if it will match or not. Also, the price is a little higher than what I wanted to pay. I guess we will just have to see how things turn out.
So today, I took a nap, and I had a dream that I was eating sour cream and onion chips! I woke up wanting some soooooooooo bad. But of course we don’t have any in the house. Why do I always crave what we don’t have. HAHAHAHA
I cleared the votes for the names. If you have voted before, I believe that you can now vote again. Go to http://www.babynames.com/namelist/9742690 to vote.
So, this is the crib we have decided to go with. It is Child Craft brand, and the Arbor Gate style. What do you all think?
So I finally got up the nerve to schedule my first real OB appointment last week. I have decided to go with Dr. Kimberly Roberts at Contemporary Women’s Health. I read some very good reviews on Vitals.com about her, and decided that’s who I was going to go with. They have a wonderful website if you want to check it out. The website is http://cwhobgyn.com/
Along with all the normal stuff that an OB/GYN would offer they also offer the 3-D ultrasound (no Michael you cannot bring your 3-d glasses) and an Licensed Aesthetician! I was very surprised to see that they offered that service. That made me feel more comfortable in choosing her for some reason.
